Combat Effective Pistol
A Practical Shooting Class for Everyday Carry
Most gun owners can hit a target at a lane. That's a start — but it's not a complete skill set.
Combat Effective Pistol is a small-group, outdoor range class designed to build the skills that matter when it counts: drawing under pressure, shooting from cover, clearing malfunctions without thinking, and engaging multiple targets after your heart rate is already up.
No marksmanship competition. No ego. Just practical, repeatable skills you can't develop standing at an indoor lane.
$125 per person · 6 students maximum
What You'll Work On
- Draw stroke and holster discipline — efficient, consistent, and safe every time
- Timed shooting — using a shot timer to expose inefficiency and build confidence under pressure
- Malfunction clearance — tap-rack-bang, drilled until it's automatic
- Shooting from cover — strong side and support side, one-handed
- Emergency reloads — dropping and reloading under pressure without looking down
- Multi-target engagement — moving between positions with elevated heart rate
Who This Is For
This class is for concealed carriers and pistol owners who have basic range experience and want to take their skills further. You should be comfortable with firearm safety fundamentals and have fired a handgun before. No advanced experience required — and no prior training courses needed.
This is not a first-time shooter class.
